The airport is used for both civilian and military traffic. Some airlines that fly very often from Eindhoven are Ryanair, Transavia and Wizz Air. The airport has one runway which is 3000m long. Eindhoven Airport is also very suitable for spotters, it has one spottersplace where you can see the planes landing and one for seeing them taking off. There are also two parking places which are not officially spottersplaces, however you can see the airplanes very closely.
